University Degree in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. University of Mondragón (2018).

Marcelo Ballestero was born in the foothills of the mountains of Madrid. A great lover of nature, innovation and learning communities. In 2014, he developped his first contact with self-managed communities with the Federal University of Panama in Curitiba, Brasil. Later he studied Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Mondragón University. Durign this time, he co-founded Anmama Catering, his first business project related to the word of sustainability, food and responsible consumption.

In 2016, he collaborates as Resp of Logistics for the first meeting in Spain of Unreasonable Lan. One of the largest accelerators of social projects based in Boulder, Colorado. 

In the following years, he started to be part of the Impact Hub team, the largest global network of impact entrepreneurship, present in 55 countries around the world. Through its 100 coworking spaces and more than 200 annual entrepreneurship and innovation, he was part of Impact Hub Madrid team as “Community Coordinator” in two of its spaces, the last in Impact Hub Picasso. 

He has also been Project Manager with Teamlabs and  the technology consulting firm, leader in innovation, Sngular. 

Currently he is Business Development Manager in Impact Hub Malaga.
